Cancellation Policy
By participating in our tours and excursions, you consent to Moses Tours and Transport capturing photographs and/or videos during the experience. These may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide prior to the start of the tour. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tour start time will be eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. No-shows and same-day cancellations will not be refunded. Moses Tours and Transport has no control over the weather. All tours will proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions. We recommend that participants dress appropriately and be prepared for varying weather scenarios.
