Cancellation Policy
By participating in our tours and excursions, you consent to Moses Tours and Transport capturing photographs and/or videos during the experience. These may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide prior to the start of the tour. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tour start time will be eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, is non refundable No-shows and same-day cancellations will not be refunded. Moses Tours and Transport has no control over the weather. All tours will proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions. We recommend that participants dress appropriately and be prepared for varying weather scenarios. By purchasing a tour, you agree to the following: I acknowledge that I comprehend and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the tour(s), including but not limited to food-related illnesses, allergies, health issues, theft or damage to personal property, transportation incidents (including failures and injuries), and adverse weather conditions. If alcohol is served, I take full responsibility for monitoring my intake and complying with legal requirements. I release Moses Tours and Transport from any liability for damages, injuries, or losses sustained by myself or others resulting from my participation in tour activities.
